Yes. Guests may ship packages to Broadway Plaza.

Yes. Broadway Plaza is a 100% non-smoking property. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, incense, candles, and other smoking-related products are prohibited. A $1,000 fee applies if smoking is detected.

No. Luggage storage is not available at Broadway Plaza.

Broadway Plaza is approximately 8.2 miles from Rochester International Airport (RST) and 77 miles from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP).

 No. Pets are not permitted at Broadway Plaza.

Self-parking is available in a neighboring parking ramp connected to Broadway Plaza. Parking Ramp #6 is recommended for its direct Skyway access to the building. Self-parking is approximately $18 per day, although rates may vary. Valet parking is also available for $30 per day. 

Broadway Plaza does not offer airport shuttle service. Guests may use local taxis, Uber, Lyft, or public transportation, and our Front Desk can provide information about private transportation services upon request.

A $500 security deposit applies to stays of eight nights or longer. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations at the time of booking.

Broadway Plaza accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Cash payments must be made in the exact amount, as cash is not kept on-site.

Yes. Broadway Plaza connects directly to Rochester’s downtown Skyway system, providing indoor access to the Gonda Building, Mayo Building, Methodist Hospital, and downtown shopping without requiring guests to walk outside.

Yes. Broadway Plaza is located directly in downtown Rochester, just steps from the Mayo Clinic campus and connected to the city’s Skyway network.

Yes. Broadway Plaza is designed for extended stays in downtown Rochester, with apartment-style residences and conveniences that make longer visits more comfortable, including full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and housekeeping service.

Reservations may be canceled without charge by 3 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.

Check-in at Broadway Plaza begins at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out requires management approval and is subject to a $100 fee for departures between 11 a.m. and 12:59 p.m. Departures after 1 p.m. incur a full-day charge.
